Customer view: Craig said Calderbrook is building the capability in-house on its Microsoft estate and the work is not complete. He gave no commitment on renewal.
Ask: He will give thirty minutes but wants notice, data export and exit position in writing beforehand.
Next: Daniel will send the terms from the executed order form and propose call times the next day. He also pointed out that the data stays in the customer's Snowflake account.

Your current term runs to 1 Sep 2026, so I would like to find half an hour with you in the next couple of weeks to talk about how the renewal might look. I know you are looking at the wider data platform, and I would value hearing your view before I put anything in front of you. Could you let me know a couple of times that would suit you? I will pull together the notice terms and the data export arrangements from the executed order form, and I will send them to you before we speak. Because the brain runs inside your own Snowflake account, the data stays with you whatever you decide. I will set that out so you can see it in writing.
