I am writing to confirm that Lornefield will not be renewing its subscription when the current term ends on 2 Apr 2026. The group's position is that its administration businesses are to standardise on Signalvane, and in fairness this is a requirement placed on us rather than a judgement on the brain or on the service you and your colleagues have given us. Please treat this email as our notice under the agreement. I would welcome a conversation about how best to bring the arrangement to a tidy close, in particular for the teams who rely on it for trustee calls and member queries. I have noted your notice, and I will confirm receipt formally from our side. I understand the position you are in. Lornefield has been with us since 3 Apr 2023, and I am grateful for the trust the team placed in us over that time. Yes, let us have that conversation. My suggestion is that we agree what the teams need through to 2 Apr 2026, so nothing is dropped in the meantime and Craig is not left to work out the details on his own.
