Fiona Mackie, Integration Director at Dunmarra Group, is reviewing Lornefield's systems after the acquisition and asked for the contract, renewal date, termination terms and fee. Daniel Okafor promised the executed paperwork.

Ask: Fiona asked for the contract and order form, the term and renewal date, the termination terms, and licensed users and annual fee, for a group standard review.

BB-Demo reply: Daniel gave the Growth tier, 40 licensed users, £44k a year and a term to 2 Apr 2026, and offered a call with Nell Ashcombe.

There is no further customer response in the thread, and it does not show whether Fiona decides the outcome.

Daniel, I'm Integration Director at Dunmarra Group. Following the acquisition, I'm reviewing the systems Lornefield uses. Let's keep this practical. Please send: - the current contract and order form - the term and renewal date - what are the termination terms? - licensed users and annual fee I need this for the group standard review. Fiona Mackie, Integration Director, Dunmarra Group

Dear Fiona, Thank you for getting in touch, and welcome. I'm glad to help. From our records, Lornefield is on the Growth tier with 40 licensed users, at £44,000 a year, and the current term runs to 2 Apr 2026. The executed order form and the master agreement are what govern the terms, including notice and termination, so I'll send you copies of those rather than summarise them from memory. I'll come back to you by the start of next week with them. It would also help to understand what the group is trying to settle, so I can point you to the right people on our side. Nell Ashcombe, our CEO, looks after the Lornefield relationship and would be glad to join a call if useful. Best wishes, Daniel
