What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Nell Ashcombe sent the Growth renewal order form: 40 licensed users at £44k for the year. Douglas Baird saw no difficulty and expected to sign that afternoon after a colleague checked the term dates.
Ask: Nell asked Douglas to sign by 2 Apr 2025 so the renewal could close on 3 Apr 2025.
Customer view: Douglas said the form matched what was discussed earlier in the year. He asked for a note once it was countersigned.
Open item: the thread does not show the signed or countersigned copy, so the renewal is unconfirmed until the executed order form exists.

- Nell Ashcombe 1 Apr 2025 12:10Douglas, The renewal order form for Lornefield is attached for signature. It keeps you on the Growth tier with 40 licensed users, at £44,000 for the year, and it carries on from the current term, which ends on 2 Apr 2025. If you can sign it by tomorrow, we can close it off on 3 Apr 2025 and nobody has to think about it again for twelve months. If anything in it needs a second look from your side, tell me and I'll sort it out directly. Best, Nell
- Douglas Baird 2 Apr 2025 12:01Dear Nell, Many thanks for sending this over, and for making it so straightforward. I have read the order form and, in fairness, it matches what we discussed earlier in the year, so I see no difficulty with it. I would like to ask one of my colleagues to check the term dates against our own records before I sign, which I expect to do this afternoon. I'd welcome a quick note from you once it is countersigned, for our file. Kind regards, Douglas Baird
- Nell Ashcombe 2 Apr 2025 12:45Douglas, That's fine, take the time you need. I'll confirm as soon as the countersigned copy lands with us and send you the executed version for your file. Thank you again for staying with us. Lornefield was one of our first design partners and it still matters to us that the brain is useful to your relationship managers. Best, Nell
