After the QBR, Daniel Okafor noted steady usage and headroom against 40 licensed users. Douglas Baird welcomed a renewal conversation but asked for time, as a few matters need settling internally first.

Ask: Daniel Okafor proposed a trustee-call guide for the managers, more scheme-relationship managers on the brain, and a renewal conversation date.

Customer view: Douglas Baird, the Chief Operating Officer, called the note a fair summary and welcomed the guide, with Imogen Hartley to review it first.

Renewal: Douglas asked for time before the renewal talk. The thread does not say what the internal matters are.

Dear Imogen and Douglas, Thank you both for your time on the QBR call. Just to close the loop, here is what I took away. - Usage is steady, and there is headroom against the 40 licensed users, so there is room to bring more of the scheme-relationship managers on. - Imogen would like to see the brain asked something before each trustee call, and I'll put together a short guide for the managers. - The support request from last week is being followed through with Craig's side, and I'll confirm when it's settled. We'll also need to talk about the renewal in good time. I'll come back to you with a proposed date for that conversation. Nell is copied in, as she'd like to stay close to this one. Best wishes, Daniel

Dear Daniel, Thank you for the note, which I found a fair summary of where things stand. In fairness, the trustee-call guide would be welcome, and I would be grateful if Imogen could have a look at it before it goes to the managers. On the renewal, I'd welcome a conversation once you have a date to propose. I would ask only that you allow a little time on our side, as there are a few matters to settle internally first. Kind regards, Douglas Baird
