Following up on the Growth proposal

Imogen, Douglas, Thank you both for the time on the call. Just to put the outcome in writing: the Growth order form was signed on 20 March 2024, with a deal value of £44,000. That figure covers the whole deal, so it includes the one-off implementation fee as well as the subscription. Your current Starter term runs to 2 Apr 2024, and Daniel will agree the changeover with Imogen so nothing lapses between the two. The point of moving up is that more of your scheme-relationship managers can use the brain, and you can connect more of the systems they work in. Say what happened, say how you know: we want trustee calls, member-query tickets and fee invoices sitting side by side for everyone who needs them. Dear Nell, Many thanks for setting that out so clearly. In fairness, the order form was straightforward, and I am content that the summary matches what we discussed on the call. I would be grateful if Daniel could confirm the changeover arrangements with Imogen directly, as she will be leading the rollout to the relationship managers. I would welcome a short note once the additional connectors are in place, so that I can report to the trustees' liaison group that the work is under way.
