Nell Ashcombe proposed moving Lornefield from Starter to Growth at £44k. Douglas Baird, the Chief Operating Officer, had no further questions and asked for the order form, hoping to return it on Wednesday 20 March 2024.

Ask: Imogen asked how new teams would be sequenced without disturbing current users, and who owns the rollout. Nell answered that existing users and connectors stay and Daniel Okafor owns the rollout.

Customer view: Douglas called the proposal sound and said he had been through the terms with Morag Lindsay.

Next: send the order form. Until it is signed, the £44k is an open proposal, not executed paper.

Hello all, Thank you for your time on the call. As promised, here is where we landed. We would move Lornefield from Starter to Growth, which gives you more teams on the brain, more connectors and quarterly reviews. The total deal value in the proposal is £44,000. Your current Starter subscription is £19,500 a year for 15 licensed users, and it runs to 2 Apr 2024, so the timing works well if you want continuity. If there are questions from any of you, please send them over by Tuesday 19 March 2024 and Owen and I will answer them together. Morag, we will make sure the invoice shows the contract period clearly. Best, Nell

Hi Nell, Thank you, this is very clear. The real question for us is how quickly the extra teams can be brought on without disturbing the scheme-relationship managers who already rely on the brain. They are the reason the current 15 users have stuck with it. Could you tell us roughly how the move from Starter would be sequenced, and whether Daniel would be the person walking the new teams through it? I have seen this work well when one person owns the rollout, so I would like to know who that is. Best, Imogen

Imogen, thank you. Short answers: - Your existing users and connectors stay exactly as they are. Nothing is switched off when the tier changes. - New teams are added after that, one at a time, so the managers who use it today are not disturbed. - Daniel Okafor stays your CSM and owns the rollout. That one is his from the start. I will ask Daniel to put a simple sequence in writing for you. Dear Nell, Thank you for the clear answers, and to Owen for his patience with our questions. In fairness, the proposal is a sound one and Imogen has spoken well of how the brain is used day to day. I have been through the terms with Morag and we have no further questions at this stage. I would welcome the order form for signature, and I would hope to return it to you tomorrow, Wednesday 20 March 2024. Kind regards, Douglas Baird
