After the review, Douglas Baird, the Chief Operating Officer, said it was the first time he had seen usage in terms he could take to the trustees. He is open to other teams benefiting but wants Imogen Hartley's view first.

Ask: Daniel Okafor recapped the review, noted room within the 15 licensed users on the Starter plan, and promised a change window agreed with Craig Paterson before connector changes.

Customer view: Douglas found the review very useful and is content for Craig to agree the window directly.

Next: a conversation about other teams, with Imogen's view sought before any widening.

Dear all, Thank you for your time this morning. Just to close the loop on what we covered: - More of the team is using the brain each week, and the relationship managers are asking about trustee calls and member-query tickets in one place. - You are well inside the 15 licensed users on the Starter plan, so there is room for more colleagues to join. - Craig and I will agree a change window before anything on the connector side moves, so he hears about it beforehand and not afterwards. Douglas, if there is anything you would like to see in a future review, please say. How is the team finding it day to day? I'd be glad to hear anything you think we could do better. Best wishes, Daniel

Dear Daniel, Thank you for the summary, and for the clear way in which the review was presented yesterday. In fairness, it was the first time I had seen the usage laid out in terms I could take to the trustees, and I found that very useful. I would be content for Craig to agree the change window with you directly. I'd welcome a conversation in due course about which other teams might benefit, though I would want Imogen's view before we widen it. Kind regards, Douglas Baird
