Customer view: Douglas confirmed on 16 Mar 2023 that the draft matches what was discussed. He asked for time to re-read it and for a short call afterwards on how to begin.

The deal total on it is £25,500. If anything in it does not match what we discussed, tell me and I will correct it. Otherwise, a signed copy by Friday would let us start on the trustee call and member-query views. Best, Nell

I would like to read it through once more myself before signing, as I never like to hurry a document of this kind.
