Ask: Jenna asks to park the session indefinitely.
Customer view: the team is short-staffed and the BG-Demo session is the first thing dropped. There is no date offered for rescheduling, which suggests low priority at present.
Next: Marcus should not push a fixed date but keep the open tickets moving. The evidence shows no reply from BG-Demo in this thread.
