Ask: Rachel Dunmore sent the invoice with net, VAT and gross amounts of £12k, VAT £0 under reverse charge, and asked whether Veldmaat needs a PO number on it.
Customer view: Ruben Smit did not reply in this thread, so the evidence does not show acceptance, a PO number or any query.
Next: Chase the PO number only if the invoice is not paid by the due date of 7 May 2026.

For your records: - Net amount: £12,500 - VAT: £0 (reverse charge, as stated on the invoice) - Gross amount: £12,500 - Due date: 7 May 2026 Could you confirm the PO number, if Veldmaat requires one on the invoice?
