Ask: Joost wants a written blocker and a confirmed go-live date. Without the connector, the merchant-risk team cannot see invoicing next to HubSpot and Zendesk history.
Customer view: He is unhappy and says a status without a date is still a status. He will record the overdue connector in the supplier log.
Next: Elena owes him the written blocker and a confirmed date by Monday, with Yusuf Demir named as the responsible engineer.

What was agreed was that the connector to our accounting system would be live within the agreed number of days from the order form signed on 5 Jan 2026. That date has passed. The merchant-risk team still cannot see invoicing next to the HubSpot and Zendesk history, which was the reason we bought this. So what is the plan? I need a date and a name, not a general update. The connector is not yet live. Yusuf Demir is the engineer responsible and he is working on it. 2. I have asked him for a written status of what is blocking the load, and I will send it to you as soon as I have it. 3. I will make sure that a go-live date reaches you in writing once the engineering team has confirmed it. I do not want to give you a date that I have not checked.
