Yusuf reports one clean load and a changed connector load order, and asks to move the onboarding session to review the customer's late-refresh log. Sanne agrees but says one day is not a trend.

Ask: Yusuf wants the customer's own log of late refreshes to compare against BG-Demo job times. Sanne agreed to Wednesday 11:00 and attached the log to the ticket.

Customer view: Sanne is measured and sceptical. She notes the 07:00 refresh was complete that day but says she will report if that changes.

Next: Yusuf reviews the log line by line at the session. The nightly refresh commitment of 07:00 is the test the customer is applying.

Hi Sanne, Last good load finished before 07:00 today. The source returned clean data and the row count matches what you sent me. I changed the load order on the connectors so the heavier one starts first. It's too early to say whether that is the fix, so I'd like another few days of mornings before I call it. Can we move the next onboarding session to Wednesday at 11:00? I want to go through your own log of late refreshes against our job times, line by line. Could you send the log beforehand if it is easy to export? Thanks, Yusuf

Yusuf, Wednesday 11:00 is fine. Log attached to the ticket, not to this mail, with timestamps for every miss. Today: refresh complete at 07:00. Good. One day is not a trend. I will say if that changes. Sanne
