As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Logistical billing thread: on 17 Dec 2025 Rachel Dunmore sent invoice INV-003-0001 for £12k net, due 16 Jan 2026, and asked for the PO number. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Rachel Dunmore sent the invoice with £0 VAT under reverse charge and a gross amount of £12k. She asked Ruben Smit to confirm the PO number and to say if the invoice does not match the order form.
Customer view: the thread holds no reply, so the evidence does not show whether the invoice was accepted, queried or paid.
Next: Rachel to chase the PO number if none arrives before the 16 Jan 2026 due date.
