After a call on 9 Jun 2026, Marcus Bell reported falling active users. Liam Doherty agreed, said nobody owns depot adoption and that he is leaving, and asked Marcus to work with Aisha without waiting for him.

Ask: Marcus Bell shared usage findings after a call and proposed a session with depot managers and a monthly usage report for Aisha.

Customer view: Liam agrees with the read and says nobody owns getting depot managers on it, a role he held and is leaving. He says those who use it, Trafford Park especially, love it.

Next: Liam asks Marcus not to wait for him to chase, but to send Aisha the report and book the depot session with her.

Hi Liam, Thanks for the time on our call. I've pulled the numbers and wanted to put the notes in writing while they're fresh. What I saw: - Active users are down on last quarter, and by a fair margin. Out of forty licences, only a handful are logging in on a typical day. - The Tuesday review users are still there, and that part looks steady. - Nothing from the tickets side, no issues raised and nothing waiting, so it doesn't look like a technical problem. It looks more like habit. The pattern suggests depot account managers have drifted away from it. I'd rather work out why with you than guess. What I'd suggest: - a short session with two or three depot managers to find out what they'd want to see first - a usage report I can send Aisha each month so she has something concrete for the review Shall we book half an hour with Aisha before you go? Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thanks, that's useful, and yes, that matches what I've been seeing. Not great timing with me leaving. My honest read: the depot managers got excited at the start and then the day job took over. Nobody owns getting them on it, and I was that person. The ones that do use it love it. Trafford Park especially. The others just need a reason to open it each morning. A session with a few of them is a good idea. I'd start with the ones who handle the biggest retail contracts, since that's where spotting a problem early matters most. I can introduce you before I go. Send Aisha the usage report and book the depot session with her. She's careful and she'll want it spelled out. Cheers, Liam
