What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Liam Doherty is leaving Brackwell Freight and hands the admin role to Aisha Rahman. His handover note says the depots are under-used and that no one has discussed renewal with leadership before 30 Nov 2026.
Ask: Liam wants a proper admin walk-through for Aisha, especially connectors and user access, and a BG-Demo contact she can message freely.
Customer view: he praises the brain but says many licences are used only when something goes wrong, and that renewal has not been raised with leadership.
Next: Marcus offers Aisha a call and will tell Tom Ashdown about the change. The renewal conversation has no named customer owner yet.

- Liam Doherty 5 Jun 2026 10:28Hi Marcus, Quick one, and I wanted you to hear it from me first. I'm leaving Brackwell. My last day is a week today. I've got a new role lined up and it's been a long time coming, so please don't read anything into it about the brain. It's the best thing we did in revenue ops, honestly. One view, that's the point. What this means for you: Aisha is taking over as admin from here. She's already been in the settings more than I have this year, and she knows the Tuesday operations review inside out. I've copied her in so you've got each other's details. What I'd like from you: - a proper walk-through of the admin side for Aisha, connectors and user access especially - someone at BG-Demo she can message when she's unsure, without feeling she's bothering anyone I'll write up a handover note before I go. Can we get the depots on it properly before I leave? Probably not, but I want Aisha to have a plan. Cheers, Liam
- Marcus Bell 5 Jun 2026 11:25Hi Liam, hi Aisha, Thanks for telling me straight away, Liam, and congratulations on the new role. We'll miss you. You built that rollout from nothing and it shows. Aisha, happy to jump on a call and take you through the admin side. I'd suggest we cover: - adding and removing users - checking the connectors are loading each morning - raising a ticket and what to expect back Shall we book half an hour early next week? Liam, if you can be on the first part, that would be ideal, then Aisha and I can carry on without you. I'll also let Tom Ashdown know about the change so he's up to date on the commercial side. - Liam Doherty 8 Jun 2026 12:23Marcus, Monday catch-up, and the handover note is below. I've kept it short so Aisha will actually read it. - Aisha is the admin from my last day. She should be the named contact for anything technical. - The Tuesday review pulls from the delivery-exception tickets and the account pages. If those look stale on a Tuesday morning, that's the first thing to check. - We've got forty licences and a good share of them are depot account managers who log in only when something goes wrong. That's the bit I'd work on. Worth a session with a couple of the depot managers. - The contract runs to 30 Nov 2026. I haven't had any conversation with our leadership about renewal, so someone will need to pick that up. I'm around until end of week if either of you wants to sit down. Do use the time. Cheers, Liam
