Marcus Bell proposes a check-in with the renewal in mind. Liam Doherty accepts and says he doubts all 40 licensed users are active. He wants the depots on the brain properly and a view of which teams ask questions.

Ask: Liam Doherty wants most of the half hour spent on depot adoption and a breakdown of which teams are asking questions and which are not.

Customer view: he backs the one-view idea in principle but is not convinced the licences are being used. The renewal is only mentioned by Marcus.

Next: Marcus sends an invite for Tuesday or Wednesday morning the following week.

Hi Liam, Hope the week has been kind. It's about time for our regular check-in on the brain, so I wanted to get something in the diary. I've pulled the numbers ahead of time. Nothing dramatic, usage looks steady against the last quarter. What I'd like to cover: - how the depot account managers are getting on with it - any connectors or sources you want added or tidied up - what you want from the next few months, with the renewal later in the year in mind Shall we book half an hour? Happy to jump on a call whenever suits you, early next week or the week after. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Good to hear it's steady. Half an hour works. Tuesday or Wednesday next week is best for me, mornings if possible. On your list: yes to all three. I'd like to spend most of the time on the depots. We have the 40 licensed users but I'm not convinced they're all being used. Love the idea in principle, one view, that's the point, but can we get the depots on it properly? Maybe you can show me which teams are asking questions and which aren't. Send over an invite and I'll accept. Cheers, Liam On 30 Apr 2026, at 08:55, Marcus Bell wrote: > It's about time for our regular check-in on the brain, so I wanted to get something in the diary.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
