Here's a quick note of where I think we got to, so we're all working from the same list. - Usage is up on last quarter and the questions are coming from a wider group, which is what we hoped for. - You'd like more of the depot account managers using it, rather than going back to their spreadsheets. - You'd like delivery exceptions easier to read next to the call notes. - Aisha is picking up more of the admin side, and I'm happy to do a session with her on that. Two things from me. I'll look at the exceptions question and come back to you with what's possible. And Aisha, could you send me the list of depot managers you'd like to bring on? Then I can check it against the 40 licensed users and we'll see where you are. Happy to jump on a call if it's easier to talk it through. Thanks, Marcus

Just flagging that I'm not sure about a couple of them, because I don't know whether they already have a login under a different email. I didn't want to guess, so I've put a question mark next to those names. Could you check on your side? I'd also like the admin session. I've been going through the settings by myself and I'd rather be shown properly than get something wrong. Any time that isn't Tuesday would be good, as that's the day of the operations review. I've been through it and the names with question marks are the ones to confirm with each manager, so it would be best to ask them directly which email they use. Once you've done that I'll sort out the rest. On the admin session, shall we book 30 minutes early next week, not on Tuesday? Send me a couple of slots that suit you and I'll fit round them. I'll start with user management and how to see what's being indexed, then we'll go wherever your questions take us.
