Mostly scheduling. On 18 Feb 2026 Liam Doherty agreed to a check-in and added that some depot managers still use old spreadsheets. He asked what BB-Demo has seen from other teams that made the switch.

Ask: Marcus proposed a 30-minute check-in on how depot account managers find the brain day to day. Liam offered Thursday morning from 09:30 or Friday after 14:00.

Customer view: Liam wants more depot managers using the brain, because one view is the point. A couple still go back to spreadsheets.

Next: Marcus should bring examples of how other teams made the switch, and send the invite.

Hi Liam, Hope the week's treating you well. It's about time we had a proper check-in on how the brain is getting on at Brackwell, so I wanted to get something in the diary. Happy to jump on a call. I'd like to cover: - how the depot account managers are finding it day to day - anything that's been annoying you or the team - what you'd like more of before the next quarter I've pulled the numbers on usage so I can share my screen and walk through them. Shall we book 30 minutes? I'm free most of next week, mornings are easiest for me, but I can work around your calendar. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Love that, thanks for setting it up. Yes, let's do it. Thursday morning next week works best for me. Anything from 09:30 is fine, I've got the depot managers' call before that. If Thursday slips I can do Friday after 14:00. One thing I'd like on the list: can we get the depots on it more? A couple of the managers still go back to their old spreadsheets, and one view is the whole point. Would be good to hear what you've seen from other teams who made that switch. Send over an invite and I'll accept it. Cheers, Liam
