On 5 Jan 2026 Liam Doherty, Head of Revenue Operations, asked for written confirmation of what changes at the first renewal and whether 40 users and connectors stay. He also said usage has dipped. No BG-Demo reply is in the thread.

Ask: Liam wants written confirmation of what changes at the first renewal, and whether the 40 licensed users and the connectors stay as they are. He asks for half an hour, with Tom Ashdown if the price side is his.

Customer view: Usage has dipped and he wants to turn it round before finance asks whether it is worth it. The contract runs to 30 Nov 2026 at £44k a year.

Next: The thread holds no BG-Demo reply. Under the price book, a Growth customer renewing after 1 Jul 2026 moves to the v2 list, which is +13.6%.

Hi Marcus, Got the notice about the price list change this morning. Thanks for sending it over, though I'll be honest, it's landed at a slightly awkward moment for us. Our contract runs to 30 Nov 2026 at £44,000 a year, so I know the renewal isn't imminent. But our finance team will ask me what it looks like and I'd rather give them a proper answer than a guess. Can you confirm in writing what changes at that first renewal, and whether everything we have now (the 40 licensed users, the connectors) stays as it is? Between us, usage has dipped. Fewer depot managers are logging in than I'd like and I want to turn that round before anyone asks me whether it's worth it. One view, that's the point, but I need to get the depots on it. Can we get half an hour this week or next? Happy for you to bring Tom Ashdown along if the price side is his. Cheers, Liam
