Marcus Bell proposed an early quarterly review. Liam Doherty accepted a Thursday afternoon and asked to get the depots on the brain properly, saying usage is a small group. Marcus set 14:00 and put the rollout first.

Ask: Liam wants the depots using the brain properly and admits current usage is limited to a small group. He asks Marcus for a suggested approach.

Customer view: Positive and engaged, and pleased the review is early. It is the second thread in which Liam pushes for wider depot use.

Next: Marcus will send an invite for 14:00 on a Thursday and bring a list of depot users who logged in recently.

Hi Liam, Hope the run-up to Christmas is not too frantic in the depots. I'd like to get your quarterly review in the diary for early in the new year. I've pulled the numbers and there are a few things worth going through together: - how the depot account managers are getting on with the account view - which connectors are earning their keep - how many of the 40 licences are in regular use Shall we book thirty minutes? I can do Tuesday or Thursday afternoon in the first full week back. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Love that you're doing it early. Thursday afternoon works better for me, Tuesdays are always a mess with the depot calls. One thing I want on the list: can we get the depots on it properly? I know the usage is a small group at the moment and I'd like to change that. One view, that's the point. Happy to hear what you'd suggest. Cheers, Liam

Liam, Thursday it is. I'll send an invite for 14:00 and put the depot rollout at the top of the agenda. I'll also bring a short list of the depot users who have logged in recently, so we can see who to start with. Have a good Christmas. Thanks, Marcus
