After the QBR, Marcus Bell noted 40 licensed users with active use well below that and a contract to 30 Nov 2025. Liam Doherty wants the depots using the brain properly, starting with Trafford Park.

Ask: Liam Doherty wants depot managers asking their own questions of the brain rather than reading what he sends round. He named Trafford Park first.

Customer view: he agreed the summary, but "properly this time" suggests earlier depot adoption fell short.

Next: Marcus reported Trafford Park has a handful of regular users and the other depots are patchy. He proposed thirty minutes with Trafford Park and will send a depot-by-depot sheet.

Hi Liam, Thanks for your time on the QBR call. Here is a short note so we both have the same list. What I took from it: - The brain is being used steadily by revenue operations and the depot account managers, and nobody has needed to raise a ticket in a good while. - You have 40 licensed users, and active use sits well below that. That is headroom rather than a problem, but it is worth a look. - You would like more of the depot managers asking questions of the brain themselves, rather than going through you. - Your contract runs to 30 Nov 2025, so the renewal conversation is coming up and I would like to start it properly. On my side, I'll pull together who is logging in by depot so we can see where the gaps are. On yours, could you tell me which depots you would most like to focus on first? Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Love that, thanks. Good summary. Depots first: Trafford Park for sure, since they have the biggest retail accounts and the most delivery exceptions. Then I'd say two of the other sites where the managers are keen. The rest can wait until we know what works. One view, that's the point. Can we get the depots on it properly this time? I don't want them just reading what I send round. If you can show them how to ask their own questions about an account, that would be the thing. Send me the login numbers when you have them and I'll chase the quiet ones myself. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, I've pulled the numbers. Short version: - Revenue operations is the bulk of the activity, as you would expect. - Trafford Park has a handful of regular users, and the other depots are patchy. - A few people have logins but have not asked anything in the brain for a while. I'll send the depot-by-depot sheet separately so you can see names. For next steps, I'm happy to jump on a call with the depot managers and walk them through asking about their own retail accounts, using real delivery-exception tickets from their site. Shall we book thirty minutes with Trafford Park first and see how it goes? Let me know what suits. Thanks, Marcus
