Current to 13 Oct 26Marcus Bell sent notes from the check-in showing usage down, mainly among depot account managers. Liam Doherty agreed, took ownership of the adoption gap and asked for a usage split by depot and a session before renewal talks.
Ask: Marcus proposed a usage summary by team and a session for depot account managers, on site or by call, to show them the one view again.
Customer view: Liam confirmed the notes and described the drop as partly a problem of his own making. He does not want the renewal conversation to be about shelfware.
Next: Marcus to produce the usage summary split by depot and arrange the depot session ahead of renewal talks.

- Marcus Bell 2 Sep 2025 09:02Hi Liam, Thanks for making time for the check-in. I've pulled the numbers and here are my notes so we're both working from the same page. What we covered: - Usage: the number of people logging in each month has come down noticeably compared with the last quarter, and the depot account managers are the group that has dropped off most. - Value: the exception tickets and call view is still the part you use most for spotting retail contracts that are wobbling. - Licences: you have 40 licensed users on the Growth plan and we are using only a small share of them day to day. - Contract: the current term runs to 30 Nov 2025, so we have a few months to get things in a better place before we talk renewal. What I'd like to do next: - Look at which depots have gone quiet and why. - Share a short usage summary by team that you can take to the depot managers. - Book a session for the depot account managers, either on site or on a call, to show them the one view again. If I've got any of that wrong, say so. Happy to jump on a call if it's easier to talk it through. Thanks, Marcus
- Liam Doherty 2 Sep 2025 11:47Marcus, Thanks for the notes, that's a fair summary. I won't pretend the drop surprised me, I've felt it on my side too. I think part of it is the summer. A few of the depot account managers went back to their own spreadsheets when things got busy, and once they're out of the habit it's hard to pull them back. Not a complaint about the brain at all. It's a me problem as much as anything: I haven't pushed it hard enough since the rollout. A usage summary by team would help a lot. Can you split it by depot if you can? Then I can see who is actually asking questions and who isn't. And yes to the session. One view, that's the point, so I'd rather get them in a room than send another reminder email. Can we get the depots on it properly before the renewal conversation starts? I don't want that to be a conversation about shelfware. Cheers, Liam
