Current to 13 Oct 26Marcus Bell proposed a routine check-in. Liam Doherty agreed to a Tuesday morning slot and said his main concern is still getting the depots using the brain. Logistical in the main, with a clear adoption signal.
Ask: Marcus wanted half an hour to hear how depot account managers find the brain, and whether anything is missing from the view of accounts, delivery exceptions and calls. Liam asked for the numbers beforehand.
Customer view: Liam says the depots that use it swear by it, but the others have not got into the habit. He asked Marcus to help him think about how to nudge them.
Next: Send Liam the usage numbers before the Tuesday morning call and bring ideas for depot adoption.

- Marcus Bell 22 Jul 2025 17:38Hi Liam, Hope the week is treating you well. It's been a little while since we last properly caught up, so I wanted to get a check-in in the diary. I've pulled the numbers for the last few weeks and the picture is steady, with a small rise in people using the brain compared with the previous quarter. Nothing alarming and nothing that needs fixing, but I'd like to hear how it's landing with the depot account managers rather than just read it off a report. What I'd like to cover: - how the depot teams are finding it day to day - whether anything is missing from the view you wanted of accounts, delivery exceptions and calls - how you're getting on across the 40 licensed users Shall we book half an hour? Thursday or Friday this week would suit me, otherwise early next week. Thanks, Marcus
- Liam Doherty 24 Jul 2025 09:38Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a week of delivery exceptions and not much else. Happy to catch up. Next Tuesday morning is best for me, anything before ten. Love that you've pulled the numbers, send them over beforehand if you can and I'll have a look. My main thing is still the same as ever: can we get the depots on it? The ones who use it swear by it, one view, that's the point. The others just haven't got into the habit yet. Maybe you can help me think about how to nudge them. Cheers, Liam
