What I'll do: - send Aisha a short admin walkthrough: adding users, checking the connectors and what to look at when the Tuesday review figures look wrong - put together a simple view of usage by depot, so you can see where the other depots stand against the 40 licensed users - share the delivery-exception ticket summary I mentioned What I'd ask of you: - a list of the depot managers you'd like onboarded first - a quick steer on which questions the Tuesday review most needs answered I've copied Tom in because your current term runs to 30 Nov 2025 and he'll want to talk through the renewal with you in good time. I've attached a screenshot of the user list as I see it, because I'm not sure whether the people who have never logged in count towards the licensed users or not. Is it me or is that page a bit unclear? Also, the walkthrough would be great. I've tried a few things in the admin settings already but I'd rather not change anything I don't understand. Would it be possible to do it as a short call so I can ask questions as I go? I'll draft the list of depot managers with Liam and send it over this week. I'll look at the user list against what's in the account and confirm how the licensed users are counted, so you're not guessing. A call is fine.
