Marcus Bell asked to book the Growth QBR. Liam Doherty agreed, asked for Aisha Rahman to join, and wanted time on getting other depots using the brain. Marcus confirmed a 14:00 invite on Wednesday.

Ask: Marcus proposed a QBR covering depot usage, delivery-exception tickets and changes wanted before the year-end renewal conversation. Liam accepted and added one request: time on getting other depots on it.

Customer view: Liam said usage is mostly Warrington and a couple of others, and wants one view across depots. Aisha is picking up more of the admin side.

Next: Marcus adds the other depots to the agenda and offers a separate call with depot managers.

Hi Liam, Hope the week's going well. It's time we got your next quarterly business review booked in. As you're on Growth, the QBR is part of what's included, and I'd like to make it useful rather than a box-tick. What I'd like to cover: - how the depot account managers are using the account view - the delivery-exception tickets and how quickly they're being picked up - anything you want changed or added before the year-end renewal conversation I've pulled the numbers already, so I can share my screen and walk you through them. Shall we book thirty minutes? Any afternoon early next week would work for me. If you'd like Aisha or anyone from the depots on the call, let me know and I'll add them. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a mad few days with the retail contract reviews. Love that you've pulled the numbers. Yes to the QBR. Can we do Wednesday afternoon? Anything after lunch is fine for me. I'd like Aisha on it as well, she's been picking up more of the admin side and it'd be good for her to see the full picture. One ask: can we spend a bit of time on how to get the other depots on it? One view, that's the point, and at the moment it's mostly Warrington and a couple of others who really use it. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, No worries at all. Wednesday afternoon works. I'll send an invite for 14:00 to you and Aisha this morning. I'll add the other depots to the agenda. Happy to jump on a call with the depot managers separately too, if that would help them get started. Speak on Wednesday. Thanks, Marcus
