Marcus Bell flagged that many of the 40 licensed seats are not used regularly. Liam Doherty agreed to deal with it properly before renewal and to name depot managers to onboard.

Ask: Marcus proposed a usage summary by depot, a shortlist of depot managers from Liam, and a 30-minute session. He linked the unused seats to the renewal later in the year.

Customer view: Liam welcomed the depot usage view and accepted the seats point: he would rather sort it out than let it drift towards the renewal.

Next: Liam sends a shortlist of managers by Wednesday and proposes Thursday morning for the session.

Hi Liam, Thanks for the time on the last call. As promised, here's a short note so we're both working from the same list. - I'll send you a usage summary by depot so you can see where the account managers are logging in and where they aren't - You'll pick out which depot managers you most want to get onto the brain - We'll put 30 minutes in the diary to go through it together On the licence, you have 40 licensed users, and the usage report shows quite a few of those seats are not being used regularly. That's not a problem to fix in a hurry, but it feels worth a proper look before we get closer to the renewal later in the year. Would later this week suit for that session? Happy to jump on a call whenever you're free. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thanks, that list is spot on. The usage by depot is exactly what I need. If I can show the depot managers their own numbers I think it'll land much better than me just asking them to log in. I'll have a short list of managers for you by Wednesday. Can we get the depots on it before the summer gets properly busy? Thursday morning works for the session if that suits you. On the seats, fair point. I'd rather sort that out properly than let it drift towards the renewal. Cheers, Liam On 16 Jun 2025, at 08:09, Marcus Bell wrote: > Would later this week suit for that session?
