Marcus Bell asked on 19 May 2025 for a 30 minute check-in. Liam Doherty replied on 20 May 2025, offered Thursday afternoon or Friday morning and wants to discuss getting more depots on the brain.

Ask: Marcus wanted to review how revenue operations and depot account managers use the brain and whether exception tickets are working as hoped.

Customer view: Liam has had little time to look himself because of retail contracts. He says some managers still haven't really picked it up.

Next: Marcus sends an invite for Thursday afternoon or Friday first thing.

Hi Liam, Hope the week has started well. I'd like to get a check-in on the diary for Brackwell. It's been a little while since we sat down properly and I've pulled the numbers for the last few weeks, so I can share my screen and walk you through them. What I'd like to cover: - how the revenue operations team and the depot account managers are using the brain day to day - the delivery-exception tickets and whether they're showing up the way you hoped - anything you want changed before we get further into the year Happy to jump on a call. Shall we book 30 minutes later this week or early next? Let me know what suits and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Yes, good idea. Things have been busy with a couple of the retail contracts, so I've not had much time to look at it myself. Love that you've pulled the numbers. Thursday afternoon works for me, or Friday first thing if that's easier for you. I'd like to talk about getting more of the depots on it too. One view, that's the point, and I think we've got some managers who still haven't really picked it up. Send the invite over and I'll accept.
