Position: Marcus reported a modest usage rise, mostly depot account managers, and users well inside the 40 licensed. One ticket is a how-to already answered; the other is a field question in the exception tickets view that he is checking with support.

Next: Marcus will bring Tom Ashdown in nearer the renewal and show him the usage numbers first. Liam is to say which depot managers are coming along.

Hi Liam, Thanks for making time yesterday. Here are my notes from the check-in, so we both have the same picture. Where things stand: - Usage is a little up on last quarter. It's a modest rise, but it's in the right direction, and it's mostly the depot account managers rather than your own team. - Two tickets in the last month, neither high priority. One was a how-to on searching across calls and tickets, and I've sent the answer over. The other is a small question on a field in the exception tickets view, which I'm looking at with our support team. I'll update you when I have something solid. - You're well inside the 40 licensed users. What we agreed: - I'll send the depot one-pager and the walkthrough invite for the next depot. - You'll let me know which depot managers are coming along so I can set up the account they'll look at. - The contract runs to 30 Nov 2025. I'll bring Tom Ashdown in nearer the time so the renewal conversation is a proper one, and I'll make sure he sees the usage numbers first. If I've missed anything or got something wrong, tell me and I'll correct it. Thanks, Marcus
