Marcus Bell asked for a check-in on 16 Apr 2025. Liam Doherty replied on 22 Apr 2025, agreed Thursday afternoon, called the tickets minor and said usage is better than he expected.

Ask: Marcus wanted half an hour to review the two depots, recent tickets and which depots come next.

Customer view: Liam apologised for a slow reply, said the tickets are "fine", and said people are asking for the brain. That is unprompted positive feedback on value.

Next: Thursday afternoon call, with a depot manager joining if Liam can free one.

Hi Liam, Hope the week's going well. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary so we can see how the depot managers are getting on since the walkthroughs. I'd cover: - how the two depots are finding it, and anything they've stumbled on - the couple of tickets that came in recently, so you know where they stand - which depots you want next I can do most mornings, or Thursday afternoon. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits you. Shall we book half an hour? Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy few days with a couple of retail contracts to look after. Thursday afternoon works. Say mid afternoon? I'd like one of the depot managers to join if I can get them out of the yard. If not, I'll bring their questions along. The tickets are fine, just a how-to and a small thing one of my team spotted. Nothing that needs shouting about. Usage is better than I expected, honestly. People are asking for it, which is a nice change.
