As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell asked for a check-in covering usage, last week's high-priority ticket and wishes. Liam Doherty offered Thursday after 14:00 and asked Marcus to confirm a delivery-exception feed is current before he tells his managers.
Ask: Marcus proposed a half-hour call and listed usage, the ticket and wants from the brain. Liam replied on 18 Feb 2025 with a time and answers on the ticket.
Customer view: the stalled feed affected a retail account and Liam thinks it is sorted, but he will not vouch for it until BG-Demo confirms. He also has a list of asks, mainly getting depot managers to ask questions themselves.
Next: Marcus needs to confirm data currency before or at the call. Trust in freshness is what Liam is protecting with his managers.

- Marcus Bell 17 Feb 2025 08:56Morning Liam, Time for our next check-in. I'd like to cover three things: - how usage has settled since we last spoke, which looks steady from here - the high-priority ticket from last week, to make sure it's properly closed off on your side - anything you want from the brain that it isn't giving you yet I've pulled the numbers and can share my screen so we're looking at the same thing. Would half an hour sometime this week suit? I'm flexible except Wednesday morning. Thanks, Marcus
- Liam Doherty 18 Feb 2025 17:01Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy day. Thursday afternoon is best for me, anything after 14:00. On the ticket: it was a delivery-exception feed that stopped refreshing for one of the retail accounts. It's sorted now as far as I can see, but I'd like you to confirm the data is current before I tell the account managers it's safe to rely on again. On your last point, I do have a list. Mostly it's about getting the depot managers to ask questions themselves rather than coming to me. We can go through it on the call. Cheers, Liam
