Marcus Bell asked for a proper check-in after fewer depot account managers logged in. Liam Doherty blamed the January peak and two new managers, said half the depots are back on spreadsheets, and asked for a usage breakdown by depot.

Ask: Marcus proposed a half-hour check-in on 13 Jan 2025, citing lower logins, a calm ticket queue and connectors all still loading. Liam replied on 14 Jan 2025 and accepted a Thursday 10:00 slot.

Customer view: Liam gave an operational reason for the quiet but did not want to wait it out. His line is that the point is one view, and spreadsheets undercut that.

Next: he wants to see who is still asking questions and who is not. Adoption by depot is the value case for the renewal of the contract that runs to 30 Nov 2025.

Hi Liam, Hope the new year has started well. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary for the next couple of weeks, and I'd rather do it properly than as a quick catch-up. I've pulled the numbers for the last quarter and a few things stand out: - fewer people are logging in than before Christmas, and it's mostly the depot account managers who have gone quiet - the ticket queue is calm, which is good, but I can't tell whether that's because things are working or because fewer people are using it - the connectors are all still loading, so the data underneath is fine I'm not worried about the contract, which runs to 30 Nov 2025 with all 40 licensed users in place. I just want to understand what's changed on your side, and whether there is anything we can do to get the depots back in. Happy to jump on a call. Shall we book half an hour? I'm free most of Thursday and Friday. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thanks for flagging this. Honest answer: the January peak has hit the depots hard and the managers have been out on the floor, not at a desk. Two of them are also new in role and I haven't got them set up properly yet. That's on me. Still, I'd rather not just wait for it to pick back up. One view, that's the point, and right now half the depots are going back to their own spreadsheets. Thursday works. Can we do 10:00? Bring the usage breakdown by depot if you have it. I'd like to see who is still asking questions and who isn't, then work out how to get the depots on it.
