Current to 13 Oct 26Tom Ashdown sent Mark Siddall a Growth order form to move Brackwell up from Starter, with a stated deal total of £44k. Mark trusts Liam's view and will pass it to his finance director. No signature is shown yet.
Ask: Tom wants the form signed by 18 Nov 2024, before the current term ends on 30 Nov 2024. The form is an open item until an executed copy exists.
Customer view: Mark defers to Liam and is content to proceed. His finance director still has to review the terms.
Next: Tom answers any finance director questions the same day and chases signature. He had said he would confirm the £44k against the final copy.

- Tom Ashdown 14 Nov 2024 09:33Hi Mark, Following the conversations with Liam, I've got the Growth order form ready for you to sign. It moves Brackwell up from Starter so more of the depot account managers can use it. The deal total on the form is £44,000. That's the figure I have, and I'll confirm it against the final copy before it goes out so there are no surprises. The current contract ends on 30 Nov 2024, so I'm aiming to close this on 18 Nov 2024. Bottom line: more depots seeing at-risk retail contracts early. Liam is behind it. Best, Tom

- Tom Ashdown 15 Nov 2024 10:14Hi Mark, Thanks for the quick answer yesterday. No drama on my side. I've sent the order form across for signature this morning, so it should be sat in your inbox. If your finance director has any questions on the terms, they can come straight to me and I'll sort them the same day. If it can be signed by 18 Nov 2024, we're all set before the current term finishes on 30 Nov 2024. Cheers, Tom
