Marcus Bell offered Liam Doherty a usage check-in ahead of the 30 Nov 2024 contract end. Liam welcomed it, asked for a split of who asks questions by depot, and said Tom has already covered the renewal.

Ask: Liam wants to know which depot managers ask questions and which only view pages, so he knows who to nudge. He asked for the split by depot.

Customer view: positive. He says Tom Ashdown has already spoken to him about the renewal, so the call should cover usage only.

Next: Marcus sends an invite for Monday or Tuesday morning and prepares the by-depot question split. The 15 licensed users on the current contract are the frame for any expansion talk.

Hi Liam, I've pulled the numbers ahead of the contract end on 30 Nov 2024 and wanted to get a check-in booked with you. A quick summary of what I'll share on the call: - active users are up on last quarter, and more of the depot account managers are logging in regularly - connectors are loading as expected and records are indexing every night - one ticket in the last month, now closed - a few ideas on how to get more out of the 15 licensed users you have Shall we book half an hour? I'm free tomorrow or early next week, whichever suits you better. Happy to jump on a call or I can come to Trafford Park if that's easier. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Love that, thanks for pulling it together. Early next week is better, I'm out at a depot most of today. Monday or Tuesday morning would be fine. Send me an invite and I'll accept. One thing I'd like to look at: which of the depot managers are actually asking questions and which are just looking at pages. I want to know who to nudge. If you can split that out by depot, that would help. Tom's already spoken to me about the renewal, so no need to cover that, just the usage side. Cheers, Liam
