Tom Ashdown asks for a call on renewal terms before the contract ends on 30 Nov 2024. Liam Doherty agrees to Thursday morning, will bring in Mark, and wants depots added and renewal options for more teams.

Ask: Liam wants the depots on the brain, because the depot managers keep asking and the 15 licensed users are used up. He also wants to see what renewal looks like with more teams.

Customer view: he is positive and wants to keep it going. He warns that Mark will want to know what it is doing for them, so the commercial part should stay simple.

Gap: the evidence does not show Mark's role or the outcome of the call.

Hi Liam, Hope your week's off to a decent start. I'd like to get something in the diary to talk through renewal terms before the contract ends on 30 Nov 2024. Marcus tells me usage has been heading the right way, so I'm not expecting any drama, but it's easier to sort on a call than by email. Half an hour should do it. I could do Wednesday or Thursday this week, mornings are best for me. Do you want Mark on it as well? I know he likes to hear the bottom line first, so I'm happy to keep it short for him. Leave that with me if you'd rather I sent him the invite directly. Cheers, Tom

Hi Tom, Week's good, thanks. Busy, but good. Thursday morning works for me. I'll give Mark a heads up and ask him to join for the last bit. He'll want to know what it's doing for us, so keep the commercial part simple and he'll crack on. Two things I'd like to cover: - the depot managers keep asking for access and we're sitting on the 15 licensed users we've got. Can we get the depots on it? That's the point of the thing. - what the renewal looks like if we want to add more teams. Love that you're getting this in early. One view, that's the point, and I'd like to keep it going. Cheers, Liam
