Marcus Bell proposed a check-in after seeing usage rise. Liam Doherty agreed, said he is pushing depot managers onto the brain, and asked for the usage breakdown by depot first. Check-in held in diary for 14:00 Thursday.

Customer view: Liam links rising usage to his own push on depot managers and says a few have not logged in at all. He wants the breakdown by depot to see who is lagging.

Headroom: Marcus noted that Starter's fifteen licensed users is not a constraint and there is room to add depot managers without a plan change.

Next: Marcus to send the breakdown on the Wednesday and hold the Thursday call.

Hi Liam, I've pulled the numbers for Brackwell this morning and it's looking good. More of your team are logging in than a few months back, and the one ticket that came in was sorted quickly. I'd like to book a proper check-in so we can go through it together. Happy to jump on a call and share my screen. What I'd cover: - who's using the brain and where, especially the depot account managers - the delivery-exception tickets and how they're showing alongside accounts - anything you'd like changed or added before the summer Shall we book half an hour? I'm free Tuesday or Thursday next week, mornings are best for me. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Love that, yes let's do it. Usage is up because I've been pushing the depot managers to get in there. One view, that's the point. Still a few who haven't logged in at all, so I'd like to talk about how to get them on it. Thursday works better for me. Anything after lunch is fine, I'm in Trafford Park most of the week but I can dial in from there. Can you send me the usage breakdown beforehand? I'd like to see which depots are lagging before we talk. Cheers, Liam

Hi Liam, Thursday it is. I've put a hold in the diary for 14:00 and sent you an invite, so please shout if that doesn't work once you've looked at your week. I'll send the usage breakdown by depot on Wednesday so you've got it a day ahead. Fifteen licensed users is the number to keep in mind, and we're comfortably inside it, so there's room to bring more depot managers in without any change to the plan. See you then. Thanks, Marcus
