Louise Carver accepted the £125k list price, subject to contract, if onboarding of two additional underwriting teams sits in the order form. Priya Raman confirmed that reading and Louise agreed.

Ask: Louise Carver set Fenmoor's position that list price is paid only in exchange for something. The something is onboarding of two additional underwriting teams inside the order form.

Customer view: Priya Raman confirmed that reading on 25 Jun 2026 and Louise said it matches Fenmoor's understanding. Imogen Hartley, the sponsor, was copied and has to name the first two teams.

Next: Louise will send a redline that supersedes the earlier draft. The teams are not named and the onboarding scope is not defined in the thread.

Dear Priya, Richard has passed the Enterprise order form to me. I have copied Imogen, as the sponsor for the wider rollout. Our standard position is that we pay list price only in exchange for something. We are prepared to accept the list price of £125,000, subject to contract, provided the onboarding of two additional underwriting teams is included within the order form and not left as a later discussion. Could you confirm that this is how BG-Demo reads it? I will come back with a redline once I have your answer, so that we are all working from one version of the document. Kind regards, Louise Carver, Procurement

Dear Louise, Thank you, that is a clear position and a helpful one. Confirming how we read it: the list price of £125,000 stands, and the onboarding of two additional underwriting teams is part of the Enterprise order form. I would suggest Imogen confirms which two teams she wants first, so that the onboarding plan names them from the start and Daniel Okafor can plan the sequence with her. If we can get this over the line by 30 Jun 2026, the new term follows on from the current one without a gap. Send the redline whenever it is ready and I will turn it round quickly. Best, Priya Priya Raman Account Executive, BG-Demo

Priya, That matches our understanding. Fenmoor accepts list price at £125,000 on the basis that the onboarding of the two additional teams is included, subject to contract. I will send the redline next. Please make sure that nobody works from the earlier draft once mine is with you; the version I send will supersede it. Kind regards, Louise Carver, Procurement
