To keep momentum, we have pencilled in 30 Jun 2026, which is also when the current Growth term ends. The short version of what you are being asked to decide: move from Growth to Enterprise, with the order form covering the additional teams Callum and Imogen have discussed. The total value on the order form is £125,000. Your current contracted annual subscription is £44,000, and the licensed user count today is 40. I would like that confirmed in writing as the full figure for the order form, with nothing further to follow. I will also need to take that to the board, and Louise will want to look at the paper in any case. Please deal with her on the contract wording. On your question: yes, £125,000 is the total value of the order form. It is the figure on the document you have, and I am not aware of anything further to follow. If anything changes in the wording Louise agrees with us, I will tell you straight away so you are not surprised. The current Growth term ended on 30 Jun 2026, so if we can get this over the line this week, the move to Enterprise follows on without a gap.
