What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Louise Carver will work only on Fenmoor's paper, has not sent a redline and agreed nothing. The Growth term ended on 30 Jun 2026, and she is passing the question of how to proceed to Richard Thorne.
Ask: Priya Raman recapped the Growth to Enterprise proposal at £125k. She asked Louise Carver for the paper, order form comments and Richard Thorne's decision date.
Customer view: Louise wants Fenmoor's paper to govern and asked what the £125k includes and excludes. She agreed nothing and treats everything as subject to contract.
Next: the 30 Jun 2026 reply gave no redline and left the term-end question with Richard. The thread shows no agreed cover for the gap after the Growth term.

- Priya Raman 23 Jun 2026 12:18Dear Richard, dear Louise, Thank you both for the conversation. A short recap of where we are, so we are all working from the same page. The proposal on the table is the move from Growth to Enterprise, with a total deal value of £125,000. Your current Growth subscription is contracted at £44,000 a year for 40 licensed users, and it ends on 30 Jun 2026. To keep momentum, here is what I think we need: - Louise to confirm which paper Fenmoor would like to work from - any comments on the order form sent through, so we can turn them quickly - Richard's confirmation of the decision he needs to take, and by when If we can get this over the line by 30 Jun 2026, there is no gap between the two terms. Owen is copied in as he can help on anything that needs a senior view on our side. Best, Priya
- Louise Carver 24 Jun 2026 13:43Dear Priya, Thank you for the recap. A few points from our side. First, I would like us to be clear about which version of the document everyone has. Our standard position is that supplier contracts sit on Fenmoor's paper, so I will need to take your order form and reflect it in our terms rather than sign yours unchanged. I will come back with a redline. Second, I note the total of £125,000 in your email. Fenmoor will only look at list price in exchange for something, so I would like to understand what is being offered in return, and what is included in that figure and what is not. Third, I cannot agree commercial terms by email or on a call, and nothing here is agreed. Everything remains subject to contract. On timing, I appreciate the end of the current term is close. Richard is copied so he sees where we are. Kind regards, Louise Carver Procurement
- Priya Raman 29 Jun 2026 14:10Dear Louise, dear Richard, Thank you, Louise, that is clear and I am happy to work on Fenmoor's paper. Owen and I have been through your points on what the total covers, and we will come back to you in detail once we have seen the redline, so we are not trading on a moving page. On timing, I do want to flag that the current Growth term ends tomorrow, Tuesday 30 June 2026. I would not like Fenmoor's team to find the brain behaving differently because paperwork was still in progress. Could you let me know how you would like us to handle that, whether that is a short conversation between us, or something you would rather route through Richard? If it helps, I can be on a call at any point today or tomorrow morning. On 24 Jun 2026, at 13:43, Louise Carver wrote: > I will come back with a redline. Best, Priya
- Louise Carver 30 Jun 2026 12:42Dear Priya, Thank you. I am not able to send the redline this morning as I had hoped. I will send it as soon as I have the final comments from our side, and I will confirm clause numbers so that your team can follow the changes easily. I have noted your point about the end of the current term. I cannot agree anything on that today, and I will raise it with Richard separately so he can decide how Fenmoor would like to proceed. Please treat everything as subject to contract until you have heard from me again. Kind regards, Louise Carver Procurement
