Current to 13 Oct 26Louise Carver, Procurement Manager at Fenmoor, will not look at any order form or change of scope or tier until the master agreement is re-papered on Fenmoor's paper. She will send a redline and needs BB-Demo's signatory confirmed.
Ask: Louise Carver wants the master agreement re-papered onto Fenmoor's paper before any order form or change to scope or tier is considered. She asked for the editable agreement and for who at BB-Demo can agree amendments.
Customer view: She is firm and keeps everything subject to contract. She works only from the version Priya Raman sent, accepts a call only to agree which version is in use, and will send a redline on liability, data protection and termination.
Next: BB-Demo legal must confirm who signs, and Priya has flagged that the current term runs to 30 Jun 2026. The evidence does not show whether the redline arrived or how the renewal concluded.

- Louise Carver 23 Mar 2026 16:47Dear Priya, Imogen has asked me to look at the commercial side of what you are discussing with her. Before anything else is proposed, I should explain where procurement stands. Our standard position is that any change to scope or tier has to sit under a master agreement on Fenmoor's paper. The current arrangement was set up on your template, and we are now re-papering all of our supplier contracts onto one standard form. That has to happen first, so I cannot look at an order form or any change to the current one until the master agreement is settled. To start, could you send me the editable version of the existing master agreement, and confirm who at BB-Demo has authority to agree amendments? I will come back with a redline. To be clear, this is subject to contract, and nothing here should be read as agreeing commercial terms. Kind regards, Louise Carver, Procurement
- Priya Raman 24 Mar 2026 12:05Hi Louise, Thanks for being so clear, and good to be in touch. Happy to make this easy. I have attached the editable master agreement as it stands today. On authority, I'll confirm with our legal team and come back to you, but you should assume amendments can be agreed through me for the commercial points and through them for the wording. One thing worth flagging, so that nobody is surprised: the current term runs to 30 Jun 2026, so it would help us both if the re-papering is done comfortably ahead of that. If we can get this over the line in good time, Imogen's team stays on a clean footing and there is no gap in service for the 40 licensed users. If it helps, I can walk you and our legal team through the clauses that tend to take the longest on a call this week. Best, Priya
- Louise Carver 25 Mar 2026 10:10Dear Priya, Thank you, received. I have the version you sent and I am working from that one only, so please do not circulate any other copy. A call would be useful, but only to confirm which version we are all working from and to agree how we exchange comments. I will not be able to agree anything on the call itself. Everything goes through tracked changes, please. I will send the redline by the end of next week, covering liability, data protection and termination first. Please ask your legal team to confirm who signs for BB-Demo, as I will need that before we can finalise anything. Kind regards, Louise Carver, Procurement
