Stainmore Haulage - Master Services Agreement (signed)
1. Parties
This agreement is between BG-Demo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("BG-Demo"), and Stainmore Haulage, a company in Carlisle ("Customer").
2. Services
BG-Demo provides B-Glass at Starter tier, enabling natural-language queries over integrated business data within the Customer's Snowflake account.
3. Term
Agreement runs from 28 November 2023 to 27 November 2024. Either party may terminate on ninety days' written notice.
4. Fees and payment

5. Starter tier

7. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's confidential information strictly confidential. BG-Demo retains all rights to the platform and code. The Customer retains ownership of its data.
8. Data protection
BG-Demo processes data as a Processor under the Data Processing Agreement in Schedule A.
9. Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Liability is capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months.
