1. Parties and Roles
- Data Controller: Kilcolgan Payments Limited
- Data Processor: BB-Demo Limited

2. Scope of Processing
BB-Demo shall process personal data on behalf of Kilcolgan Payments in connection with the provision of the Company Brain analytics platform. Processing includes:
- Customer service data (customer names, contact details, payment history)
- Ticket and communications data
- Call recordings (where applicable)
- Financial data relating to collections and disputes
3. Data Subject Rights
BB-Demo shall assist Kilcolgan Payments in fulfilling data subject rights requests including access, rectification, erasure and portability, within statutory timescales.
4. Security
BB-Demo shall implement and maintain technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk, including:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security audits
- Incident notification procedures

5. Sub-processors

6. Data Transfers

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Irish law and GDPR.
