1. Parties and Roles

2. Scope of Processing
BG-Demo shall process personal data on behalf of Kilcolgan Payments in connection with the provision of B-Glass analytics platform. Processing includes:
- Customer service data (customer names, contact details, payment history)
- Ticket and communications data
- Call recordings (where applicable)
- Financial data relating to collections and disputes
3. Data Subject Rights
BG-Demo shall assist Kilcolgan Payments in fulfilling data subject rights requests including access, rectification, erasure and portability, within statutory timescales.
4. Security
BG-Demo shall implement and maintain technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk, including:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security audits
- Incident notification procedures
