1. Parties
This Agreement is between BG-Demo Limited ("BG-Demo") and Kilcolgan Payments Limited ("Customer").

BG-Demo shall provide access to B-Glass, a data platform integrating the Customer's business systems, hosted within the Customer's Snowflake account.
