What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26QBR deck presented by Elena Novak on 5 Aug 2026 for a Starter customer. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £19k, 15 licensed users and a term ending 17 Sep 2026. Adoption is narrow and the renewal signer is unconfirmed.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck from Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU, filed under the customer's QBRs folder. Stored status is final. It is a review, not a contract.
States: "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £19k", 15 licensed users, customer since 18 Sep 2025 and "Current term ends 17 Sep 2026". All invoices are paid and nothing is overdue.
Usage: "about three to four people on an average day", level with the previous quarter, and most of the 15 licences are not in regular use. Two tickets were raised in thirty days, one high priority, and no service credits are in question.
Not settled: who signs the renewal. The deck lists "Confirm who at Clashmore Recruitment signs the renewal" as an open action. It gives no renewal price and no order form terms, and the £19k figure is the deck's own claim, not checked against an executed order form here.

Body
Clashmore Recruitment - QBR
Presented by: Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU, BB-Demo Date: 5 Aug 2026 Tier: Starter
Slide 1: Agenda
To confirm, today's review covers the following:
- Where we are in the contract
- Usage and adoption
- Value delivered
- Support and issues
- Plan and actions to the renewal
Slide 2: Where we are
- Customer since 18 Sep 2025, on the Starter tier.
- Licensed users: 15.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £19k.
- Current term ends 17 Sep 2026, so the renewal is close and is the main item for the coming weeks.
- Invoices: all paid, nothing overdue.
Slide 3: Usage and adoption
- Active use is steady at about three to four people on an average day over the last thirty days.
- This is level with the previous quarter. There has been no fall, but no growth either.
- Most of the 15 licences are not in regular use, so there is room to bring more consultants in without any change of tier.
- As agreed, we will look at who asks questions most often, because a small group carrying most of the use is a risk if one of them is away or leaves.
Slide 4: Value delivered
Read the whole document (2,551 characters)
- Consultants see each client's roles, placements and invoices in one place, which was the reason for buying.
- The strongest use is checking a client's position before a call or a placement discussion.
- Value is currently felt by a small group. The aim for the next period is to widen it to the rest of the consultants.
Slide 5: Support and issues
- Two tickets were raised in the last thirty days, one of them marked high priority.
- Both are being tracked, and I will make sure the written summary of each is shared with you after this review.
- No service credits are in question on the information we hold today.
Slide 6: Plan to the renewal
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Review the open tickets and confirm resolution | Elena Novak | Before the renewal |
| Short onboarding session for consultants not yet using the brain | Elena Novak with Clashmore Recruitment | In the coming weeks |
| Confirm renewal scope and order form | Lewis Kerr | Ahead of 17 Sep 2026 |
| Confirm who at Clashmore Recruitment signs the renewal | Clashmore Recruitment | As soon as possible |
Slide 7: Summary
- The account is stable and invoices are paid on time.
- Adoption is narrow, and widening it is the best use of the licences already held.
- The renewal falls on 17 Sep 2026, and I will make sure the actions above are confirmed to you in writing today.
Kind regards, Elena
