Lewis Kerr's 13 Jul 2026 renewal proposal recommends Starter renewal at £22k a year, billed annually in advance on 30-day terms, with no change of scope. The first term ran at £19k a year and ends 17 Sep 2026.

Lewis Kerr's 13 Jul 2026 renewal proposal recommends Starter renewal at £22k a year, billed annually in advance on 30-day terms, with no change of scope. The first term ran at £19k a year and ends 17 Sep 2026.

What it is: a renewal proposal from Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, to Clashmore Recruitment, marked "Final, version 1". It recommends renewing on Starter with no upgrade, as "the current usage does not support one".

Commits: it states an annual price of £22k, "Annually in advance, 30-day terms", and a one year term following on from the current term ending 17 Sep 2026. It keeps 15 licensed users and the six-monthly check-in with Elena Novak.

Unusual: the price moves from £19k to the current list price, and "any first-term discount does not carry over". The proposal says this plainly so it does not surprise the customer at invoice.

Not settled: this is a proposal, not an executed order form. The renewal order form is still to be issued and signed, and the document does not show whether the customer accepted. The term end of 17 Sep 2026 is before the as-of date, so the evidence does not show whether a renewal was signed.

Clashmore Recruitment - Renewal Proposal

Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 13 Jul 2026 Status: Final, version 1 Customer success manager: Elena Novak

1. Context

Clashmore Recruitment joined BB-Demo on 18 Sep 2025 on the Starter tier. Your consultants in Cork use the company brain to see each client's roles, placements and invoices together, rather than moving between systems by hand. The current term ends on 17 Sep 2026, and this proposal sets out what we recommend for the renewal.

2. How the first year has gone

  • Licensed users: 15 on the Starter tier.
  • Active use: a small group of regular users, a little up on the previous quarter. Usage is steady rather than growing quickly.
  • Support: no tickets raised in the last thirty days, and none marked high priority.
  • Invoices: all paid on time, with nothing overdue.

To put a number on it, the contracted annual recurring revenue today is £19k. The account is healthy and quiet, which is what we would hope for on a Starter deployment.

3. What we recommend

Read the whole document (2,767 characters)

We recommend renewing on the Starter tier with no change to scope. We are not proposing an upgrade: the current usage does not support one, and the 15 licensed users cover the team comfortably.

Why the price differs from today

The £22k is the current Starter list price. Your first term was contracted at £19k a year, under the earlier price book. At renewal the account moves to the current list price, and any first-term discount does not carry over. We would rather say this plainly now than have it surprise you at invoice.

4. What stays the same

  • The Starter allowance of users and connectors, as in your current order form.
  • Pages, chat and search across the systems you have already connected.
  • The nightly refresh and the standard Starter service levels.
  • Elena as your named customer success contact, with the six-monthly check-in.

5. Next steps

  1. You review this proposal and let me know of any questions on scope or price.
  2. I issue the renewal order form, co-termed to your renewal date of 17 Sep 2026.
  3. You sign before the current term ends, so there is no gap in service.
  4. Elena arranges a short check-in to agree what you want the brain to help with in the coming year.

I'll send the order form over today if you confirm you are happy to proceed on these terms.

Kind regards, Lewis
