What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Draft proposal of 11 Feb 2026 for the Enterprise tier with EU data residency. Annual subscription £125k; first-year deal amount £155k including the one-off implementation fee. Not binding until an order form is signed.
What it is: a draft proposal from Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, for the Enterprise tier of the company brain, marked "Draft, for discussion. Not yet agreed." It is an open item, not a contract.
Commits: nothing binding. It states "The annual price of £125k is the recurring subscription" and that the £155k deal amount "is not the annual price". Billing is annual in advance, quarterly on request, on thirty-day payment terms.
Unusual: EU data residency is included, and service credits apply to "both availability and data freshness".
Not settled: the connector list and go-live commitments, which teams join at launch, extra users or connectors, and annual or quarterly billing. The text gives no availability percentage, no P1 response time and no implementation fee figure on its own. Whether an order form followed is not shown.

Body
Kaltenbrunn Medizintechnik - Proposal v1
Draft, for discussion. Not yet agreed.
Prepared for: Kaltenbrunn Medizintechnik, Hamburg Prepared by: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 11 Feb 2026 Customer success manager: Elena Novak
1. Context
Kaltenbrunn Medizintechnik makes patient-monitoring equipment for hospitals in Germany, Austria and the Nordics. Field service, key accounts and complaints each hold part of the picture of a hospital: the devices installed, the service tickets raised and the contracts in force. Today those views sit in separate systems and are reconciled by hand.
BB-Demo proposes the Enterprise tier of the company brain, so that these teams can ask one question and see one answer, with the data kept in an EU region.
2. What we propose
Read the whole document (3,633 characters)
- Enterprise subscription for company-wide use, including SSO and SCIM, an executive sponsor and the Enterprise service levels.
- Fixed-fee implementation, delivered inside the customer's own Snowflake account, including support for the security review.
- EU data residency, so that the brain and its data stay in the EU region.
- Connected sources chosen with the customer, for example the CRM, the helpdesk and the accounting system, each with a go-live commitment written into the order form.
3. Scope
| Area | What the customer gets |
|---|---|
| Teams | Field service, key accounts and complaints, with room for further teams under the Enterprise allowance |
| Views | Devices, service tickets and contracts together for each hospital |
| Interfaces | Pages, chat, search and the dashboards builder |
| Governance | SSO and SCIM, with access following the customer's Snowflake permissions |
| Support | Enterprise first-response commitments and an executive sponsor |
4. Commercials
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription, annual price | £125k |
| One-off implementation fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Deal amount (first year, including the one-off implementation fee) | £155k |
The annual price of £125k is the recurring subscription. The deal amount of £155k is the total value of the first year of the engagement and is not the annual price. Subscription is invoiced annually in advance, with quarterly billing available on request, on thirty-day payment terms.
5. Service levels
The Enterprise tier carries the highest availability level and the fastest priority one first response of the three tiers. Service credits apply to both availability and data freshness. The nightly refresh completes before the start of the customer's business day on business days.
6. Delivery approach
- Security review. Hannah Lowe supports the customer's IT and security team, building on the questionnaire already completed.
- Design. Agree connectors, roles and the EU region set-up.
- Build. Connect the chosen sources and load the data inside the customer's Snowflake account.
- Launch. Train the first teams and hand over to Elena Novak for adoption and quarterly reviews.
7. Open points
- The final list of connectors and the go-live commitment for each.
- Which teams join at launch and which follow later.
- Any additional users or connectors beyond the Enterprise allowance.
- Whether the customer prefers annual or quarterly billing.
8. Next steps
Matteo will walk through this draft with the customer and confirm the open points in writing. Once the commercial terms are agreed, an order form under the MSA will follow. Nothing in this draft is binding until an order form is signed.
Best regards, Matteo
