Proposal from Matteo Ricci dated 2 Jun 2026 to expand the existing Growth subscription. Annual price of the expansion is £5,000; total deal amount is £2,973. It is a proposal, not executed paper, and ends on the same date as the current order form, 4 Feb 2027.

What it is: a proposal marked "Final" for an expansion under the current Growth order form. It is an open item until an order form is issued and signed.

Commits: it states the "Annual price of the expansion" as £5,000 and a "Total deal amount" of £2,973. It says the total "should not be read as an annual price". Contracted annual recurring revenue today is given as £48k on 40 licensed users.

Unusual: the total deal amount is lower than the annual price, and the document does not explain why. It does not say what the expansion adds, such as users or connectors.

Not settled: "Where this proposal and the executed order form differ, the executed order form decides." The text does not show a signature, a start date for the expansion or a customer reply. The next steps are customer review, written confirmation of scope and dates, then an order form.

Body

Veenendrecht Payments - Proposal

Final. Prepared for Veenendrecht Payments by Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BG-Demo. Dated 2 Jun 2026. Customer success contact: Elena Novak.

1. Context

Veenendrecht Payments is a Dutch payment service provider for subscription and software businesses, supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank. Since 5 Feb 2026 it has used BG-Demo on the Growth tier, so that merchant success and merchant risk see each merchant's disputes, tickets and volumes together.

The early picture is encouraging. Active use has risen sharply compared with the prior quarter, no tickets have been raised in the last month, and every invoice is paid on time.

2. Proposal

We propose an expansion of the existing Growth subscription. It sits under the current order form and ends on the same date, 4 Feb 2027, so there is still one renewal conversation and one renewal date.

The annual price is the yearly figure for the expansion. The total deal amount is the value of this deal as recorded, and should not be read as an annual price.

3. What stays the same

  • The brain continues to run inside Veenendrecht Payments' own Snowflake account.
  • Growth service levels, including the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews, continue as set out in the executed order form.
  • Where this proposal and the executed order form differ, the executed order form decides.

4. What the customer gets from this

  • More of the business seeing the same joined-up view of merchants.
  • Continued support from Elena Novak on adoption and the quarterly reviews.
  • A single contract end date, which keeps planning simple for the finance team.

5. Next steps

  1. The customer reviews this proposal with its merchant success and merchant risk leads.
  2. Matteo confirms the final scope and dates in writing.
  3. BG-Demo issues the order form for signature once the customer is content.

I would rather you heard any change from me directly, so please come back with questions at any point.

Best regards, Matteo
