What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Draft proposal v1 dated 28 May 2026, prepared by Matteo Ricci, to expand the existing Growth subscription. It gives an annual price of £5,000 and a total deal amount of £2,973. It is unsigned, and the current contract ends 4 Feb 2027.
What it is: an internal draft proposal for an expansion of the Growth subscription, written by Matteo Ricci, Account Executive. It is marked Draft and is not an order form.
Commits: nothing yet. It states an annual price of £5,000 and a total deal amount of £2,973, and says the expansion keeps "the same service levels as today's order form". It also lists 40 licensed users and £48k as contracted annual recurring revenue today.
Unusual: the total deal amount of £2,973 is lower than the annual price of £5,000, and the text does not say how the two relate. It says only that the annual price is the figure for a full year.
Not settled: which teams and sources are covered, the expansion start date, written confirmation with the customer's finance team, and whether the regulator needs anything added to the security pack. No service-level figures are stated in this document.

Body
Veenendrecht Payments - Proposal v1
Draft for internal review and discussion with Veenendrecht Payments. Prepared by Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BB-Demo. Dated 28 May 2026.
1. Context
Veenendrecht Payments is a Dutch payment service provider for subscription and software businesses, supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank. The company joined BB-Demo on 5 Feb 2026 on the Growth tier, so that merchant success and merchant risk can see each merchant's disputes, tickets and volumes together in one place.
Since go-live the brain has been picked up quickly. Active use has grown strongly against the prior quarter, there have been no tickets raised in the last month, and there are no overdue invoices. That is a good position from which to talk about extending what is already in place.
2. What is proposed
An expansion of the existing Growth subscription, running alongside the current contract and ending with it on 4 Feb 2027. The expansion keeps the same tier, the same Snowflake-based set-up and the same service levels as today's order form.

|---|---|
| Customer | Veenendrecht Payments |
| Deal type | Expansion |
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users on the current contract | 40 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue today | £48k |
| Annual price of the expansion | £5,000 |
| Total deal amount | £2,973 |
The total deal amount is the value of this deal as it will sit in our records. The annual price is the yearly figure for the expansion once it runs for a full year.
3. Why now
- Merchant risk and merchant success are already working from the same view of disputes, tickets and volumes.
- Usage is rising, which is the clearest sign that the teams find the answers useful.
- Extending the subscription now keeps everything on a single renewal date.
4. Open points for this draft
- Confirm with the customer exactly which teams and sources the expansion should cover, and write that down in the order form.
- Confirm the start date of the expansion so that it lines up with the contract end of 4 Feb 2027.
- Let me confirm that in writing with the customer's finance team before anything is signed.
- What does the regulator need to see? Check whether the supervisory team at the customer wants anything added to the security pack.
5. Next steps
- Review this draft internally this week.
- Share a clean version with the customer once the open points are settled.
- Issue the order form for signature after the customer has agreed the scope.
Best regards, Matteo
