What it says
What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26A final proposal issued 5 Dec 2025 for a Growth subscription at £48k a year, with a total deal amount of £60k including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form, and states a one business hour P1 response.
What it is: a proposal from Sophie Ling to Veenendrecht Payments for a Growth subscription across merchant success and merchant risk. It is marked "Final." but remains a proposal and an open item.
Commits: "Growth subscription, annual price" is £48k and the "Total deal amount, including the one-off fixed-fee implementation" is £60k. Subscription fees are "invoiced annually in advance on 30-day terms".
Unusual: the Growth list price in the brief is £44k (v1) or £50k (v2), so £48k sits between the two lists. The text does not explain why.
Not settled: the order form is not yet issued, so no signature, start date, connector go-live days or service credit terms are fixed. Availability is described only as "the standard Growth availability commitment", with no percentage stated. The evidence does not show whether the proposal was accepted.

Body
Veenendrecht Payments - Proposal
Final. Issued 5 Dec 2025 by Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BB-Demo, for Veenendrecht Payments, Utrecht.
1. Context
Veenendrecht Payments is a Dutch payment service provider for subscription and software businesses, supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank. Two teams, merchant success and merchant risk, each hold part of the picture of a merchant. Disputes, support tickets and processing volumes sit in separate systems, so building a single view of a merchant today takes manual reconciliation.
This proposal describes how the BB-Demo company brain, running inside Veenendrecht's own Snowflake account, can put that picture in one place for both teams.
2. What we propose
A Growth subscription, which suits several teams working from the same data. The scope is:
Read the whole document (3,400 characters)
- One AI-queryable layer over the sources the two teams rely on, including disputes, tickets and volumes.
- Pages, chat and search, so that a merchant success manager or a risk analyst can ask a plain question and get an answer drawn from all of those sources.
- The dashboards builder, so each team can build its own views of merchant health and risk.
- Quarterly business reviews with the customer success manager, Elena Novak.
- The Growth user and connector allowances.
3. Why it fits
| Need | How the brain addresses it |
|---|---|
| Merchant success and merchant risk work from different views | One shared layer, so both teams see the same merchant |
| Disputes, tickets and volumes are held apart | Connected into one place and queryable together |
| Reconciling by hand takes time | Teams ask the brain instead |
| Data must stay under Veenendrecht's control | The brain is built and run inside Veenendrecht's own Snowflake account |
4. Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £48k |
| Total deal amount, including the one-off fixed-fee implementation | £60k |
The annual price of £48k is the recurring subscription. The total of £60k is the value of the whole deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, which is charged once at the start. It is not a yearly figure.
Subscription fees are invoiced annually in advance on 30-day terms. Quarterly invoicing is available on request.
5. Implementation
Implementation is a fixed-fee engagement of about eight weeks. It covers connecting the agreed sources, indexing the data, configuring access for the two teams and training users. Each connector named in the order form carries a commitment to go live within an agreed number of days.
6. Service levels
The Growth tier service levels apply: the standard Growth availability commitment, a one business hour first response on priority-one issues, and a nightly refresh completed by 07:00 customer local time on business days. Service credits for availability are described in the order form.
7. Team
| Role | Name |
|---|---|
| Account Executive, commercial terms | Sophie Ling |
| Account owner | Matteo Ricci |
| Customer success manager, adoption and reviews | Elena Novak |
